Flight Options Press Release

Cleveland based Flight Options provides last taste of luxury to NBCs LOST contestants

Flight Options, the nation’s premier fractional jet ownership provider, flies contestants as part of new NBC-TV fall reality series

CLEVELAND, OH (July 26, 2001) --- Cleveland-based Flight Options, the nation’s premier fractional jet ownership provider, has found a place on LOST, a new television reality series premiering September 5, 8:00 p.m. EST. on NBC.

LOST follows pairs of strangers who are flown by Flight Options to an undisclosed location with limited food and money.  The contestants must find their way to the Statue of Liberty any way they can.  The first team to return wins.  This is not an endurance race.  It is a race of ingenuity, teamwork, luck and human spirit.  Only one team will emerge victorious, but all of the teams will redefine, in their own unique ways, what it means to be LOST.

Contestants departed from Flight Options’ headquarters onboard a Gulfstream IV jet, their last taste of luxury before embarking on their once-in-a-lifetime journey.  Flight Options’ Gulfstream IV jet is a luxurious large cabin aircraft.  On board, contestants enjoyed the ultimate in comfort, including leather seats, a DVD entertainment system and state-of-the-art electronics.

“This is a great opportunity to showcase Flight Options’ products and services,” said Rich Heckman, vice president of sales & marketing.  “We are always looking for opportunities that provide maximum exposure and this was a great fit for the company.”

Flight Options, Inc. began its pre-owned fractional program in October 1998 and announced its 700th customer in June 2001, making it the nation’s fastest growing fractional jet program.  The company operates with an emphasis in bringing pre-owned jets to the fractional ownership market.  Flight Options offers fractional shares in its fleet of 86 aircraft, which includes the CitationJet, Citation II, Beechjet 400 A, Citation V, Citation III, Hawker 800, Falcon 50, Challenger 601 and Gulfstream IV."
