Flight Options Initiates Fifth Shared Jet Ownership Program

Dassault Falcon 50 Begins Flying January 2000

December 20th, 1999 - Flight Options, Inc. the fastest growing nationally-available jet ownership program, announced today that customer flight operations will commence in January, on the recently introduced Dassault Falcon 50.

The company anticipates integrating fifteen Falcon 50’s into its existing fleet of aircraft.  Flight Options, also operates Citation II, Beechjet 400A, Hawker 800A, and Challenger 601 aircraft.  Today, the company operates a fleet of more than 50 jets.

“We are experiencing tremendous growth, and needed to fill a niche in our program for owners requiring transcontinental range and three engine performance.  The Falcon 50 allows Flight Options to offer an aircraft in a category between the Hawker and Challenger.  With its exceptional short field performance, comfort and baggage capacity, the Falcon 50 is a wonderful addition to our fleet,” said Flight Options Chairman and CEO, Kenn Ricci.

Configured for nine passengers, the Falcon 50 handles trips of 3000 NM at speeds up to 540 MPH.  Comparable to the Citation X, the Falcon offers a wider cabin with extra passenger space, combined with three-engine safety.

Flight Options, Inc., is a leading provider of fractional ownership programs for new and previously owned business jets.  Located in Cleveland, Ohio, Flight Options operates with an emphasis on bringing value-added jets to the fractional ownership market."
