Flight Options Launches New Recruiting Website

New Website Will Aid in Effectively Recruiting Potential Candidates

CLEVELAND, OH (March 11, 2003) –The Human Resources Department of Flight Options launched a new recruiting website today that utilizes efficiency, organization and a greater ability in identifying and sourcing quality candidates.  This new recruitment site is accessible by logging onto Flight Options’ website, www.flightoptions.com.

“Flight Options’ focus is to attract quality pilots and support staff,” said Bob Sullivan, Director of Human Resources.  “This new website will allow the department to operate both effectively and efficiently in meeting this goal.”

Flight Options will now be able to assess potential candidates more easily by using the online system prior to reviewing resumes.  The department, which receives 1,200 resumes a month, will efficiently handle the processing of candidates by simplified organization of resumes and applications, as well as having access to a searchable database of candidates. In addition, both internal and external job postings will be more accessible.

This new website is not only an effective tool for the Flight Options Human Resources Department, but it will also serve as a critical resource for candidates seeking employment with the company.  Benefits for candidates include: the ability to be informed via email the status of their application and the ability to create an application and resume specifically tailored for Flight Options directly on the website.
