Flight Options Names Jerry Bemis, Vice President, Maintenance

CLEVELAND (January 5, 2005) - Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of fractional shares in business aircraft and an affiliate of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), announced today that the company has named Jerry Bemis as vice president, maintenance.  Bemis will be responsible for the strategic direction and design of the Flight Options maintenance program.

Bemis most recently served as vice president, line maintenance operations for Delta Airlines. In this capacity, he was responsible for four business units and oversaw the daily operation and overnight maintenance for a fleet of 550 aircraft.  Throughout his 19 years at Delta, he held a variety of management level positions in avionics and line maintenance.  Prior to joining Delta, he held positions in general aviation with several Fixed Based Operators.  Bemis and his wife will reside in Cleveland.  Flight Options employs 1,400 professionals and more than 800 reside in the Cleveland metropolitan area.
