Flight Options Names Vice President, Operations and Planning

CLEVELAND (May 23, 2005) - Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of fractional shares in business aircraft and an affiliate of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), announced today that the company has named Sanjay Aggarwal as vice president, operations and planning.

“Sanjay’s extensive knowledge of both our industry and the intricacies of operations planning will allow us to strengthen our customer relationships through the implementation of strategic demand planning, technology and overall service enhancements,” said Michael Scheeringa, chief operating officer, Flight Options, LLC.

Aggarwal is responsible for leading Flight Options’ Operations Control, Owner Services, Operations Planning and Information Technology teams.  Prior to joining Flight Options in 2004 as vice president, planning, he was a senior director with Marriott International, where he served in their internal consulting and IT departments. In addition to his technology and hospitality background, Aggarwal holds management experience in the aviation and manufacturing industries. He possesses an MBA and a MS degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research.
