Flight Options Promotes Chief Operating Officer Michael Rossi to President and COO

CLEVELAND, OH - August, 9th 2000 - Flight Options, the only national provider of complete private air travel service through a fractional ownership program using predominantly pre-owned jet aircraft, has announced that Michael Rossi has been promoted to President and COO of the Cleveland, Ohio based company. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Rossi will oversee all operations including owner services, maintenance, optimization, program management and crew services.

Rossi has been employed by Flight Options and its subsidiary, Corporate Wings, a management and charter provider of transportation services, since 1984.  During his tenure with the company, Rossi has served in the positions of Controller, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer.  Rossi was promoted to COO of Flight Options in 1999.  Since April 1, 2000, Rossi has been Acting President of the Company and, on August 1, 2000 he officially accepted the additional responsibility of President of the company. Rossi has developed and implemented strategic plans in the areas of finance, operations and administration.

Flight Options currently has 450 owners in its fractional ownership program.  In addition, the fleet size has increased to 75 aircraft, including the Citation II, Beechjet 400A, Citation III, Hawker 800, Falcon 50 and Challenger 601-3A. "My goal is to continue the expansion of the company infrastructure, policies, and processes to manage our growth," Rossi stated.
