Your Owner Services Team members go through extensive customer service training — developed by a world-renowned five star hospitality company — and are happy to act as your dedicated personal flight department.
Our goal is to make your flight experience unique and specific to you. Every member of your team gets to know your preferences so they can anticipate requests and respond without delay, from knowing what you like to eat and drink to the amenities and services you require to support your in-flight activities. As a Flight Options Owner, you’ll have a phone number and email address to communicate with a member from your team any time you need. Day or night, a familiar voice will personally see to scheduling a flight, planning your itinerary, lining up ground transportation and ordering your meals.
It’s not uncommon to board your aircraft and see cakes, flowers or champagne from your team, recognizing birthdays or important milestones for passengers on the flight. For major events, such as the Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby and the Masters Tournament, on-site representatives often await your arrival to ensure an exciting, hassle-free event experience.
