Each Flight Options® Owner/Member is assigned a personal Owner Services Team that is familiar with their needs and preferences. As a Flight Options Owner, you are provided with a personal Owner's only number that you can phone any time, day or night, to speak with a member of your team. Whether it's scheduling a flight, planning your itinerary or ordering your catering, a familiar voice will be here to personally see to your request.
Your Owner Services team is dedicated to anticipating your needs and responding to them, whether that involves knowing your food and beverage preferences or providing amenities and services to support your in-flight activities.
To ensure the highest quality, each Owner Services representative completes extensive service training developed by a world renowned five star luxury hospitality company. Our goal is attaining nothing short of the gold standard when it comes to interpersonal communications, proactive problem solving, and everything in between – right down to the smallest detail.
