Our Operations

The Flight Options^® Primary Service Area (PSA) is the contiguous United States (i.e. the 48 states constituting the continental U.S.) including any point within 200 miles thereof; Northern Mexico extending to the Tropic of Cancer (the 23rd parallel); Cabo San Lucas, and the Bahamas. The Flight Options Extended Service Area (ESA) includes Bermuda, all islands in the Caribbean, and the balance of Mexico not included in the PSA.

Through highly selective recruitment and training programs, our pilots and crew provide an unsurpassed level of commitment, expertise, professionalism and skill which meets and often exceeds the exacting standards of the Federal Aviation Regulation Part 135. Type-rated by the FAA, Flight Options’ pilots complete two annual training events – one in a flight simulator and one in-aircraft with a FAA certified check airman.

Making sure that your travel experience is enjoyable and up to the highest standards is our priority. From the time you schedule your flight until you arrive at your destination, every facet of your travel is monitored through Flight Options' Operations Control Center (OCC). The OCC features state-of-the-art technology that manages and checks all Flight Options aircraft 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Each Flight Options Owner/Member is assigned a personal Owner Services Team that is familiar with their needs and preferences. As a Flight Options Owner, you are provided with a personal Owner's only number that you can phone any time, day or night, to speak with a member of your team. Whether it's scheduling a flight, planning your itinerary or ordering your catering, a familiar voice will be here to personally see to your request.

Flight Options has, for the fifth time, been rated Platinum by the Aviation Research Group/US (ARG/US). This is the highest-status rating given by the aviation research firm. "Only companies which meet or exceed the established ARG/US standards for equipment, maintenance and crew experience achieve a Platinum rating."
