After intensive review and a safety based collaboration with the FAA, the Phenom 300 is now approved for Part 135 and Part 91K operations through Flight Options. Validation tests are conducted by the FAA to ensure that all regulatory obligations are met and safety procedures are adhered to by the provider. During these tests, the FAA conducts an in-depth evaluation of the operators’ crew training, maintenance programs and operational control of the aircraft.
