Service Areas| Primary Service Area | The Flight Options Primary Service Area (PSA) is the contiguous United States (i.e. the 48 states constituting the continental U.S.) including any point within 200 miles thereof, Northern Mexico extending to the Tropic of Cancer (the 23rd parallel), Cabo San Lucas and the Bahamas. A minimum of 48-hours notice is required for all international flights. - Departure time flexibility. Flight Options may adjust the requested departure times by up to three (3) hours +/-. Flight Options will advise the new departure time by 8 PM local the night prior.
