Position Overview

Flight Options is currently seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our growing team as an Area Sales Manager (ASM). Successful candidates will be exceptional at prospecting new business and developing client relationships. The ASM will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from new lead generation to renewal.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating leads in assigned territory, including mailing and follow up cal• Act as primary contact for identified prospective member

Database Administrator

Position Overview

Flight Options is currently looking for an experienced Database Administrator. This role will be a key person in the IT Department’s efforts to provide computing services to the organization in a more structured and methodical way. This position will establish and maintain database architecture design through implementation, administration, monitoring, tuning, back-up, migration, and support. In addition, the Database Administrator will serve as principle contact for various areas within the company and coordinate efforts to drive architecture plans and upgrades to achieve database goals. This role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.

  • Design, implement, and manage data stewardship (rights, access, retention, security, encryption, etc) of data, databases, and database servers
  • Oversee MSSQL 2005 and newer database servers that comprise the back end of several client server and n-tiered applications
  • Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO). Perform MSSQL and Oracle database analysis and optimization on a proactive basis to maintain targeted service levels of performance, reliability and disaster recovery
  • Monitor and maintain indexing and other factors affecting database performance
  • Assist developers with query design, table layouts, normalizations, denormalizations

Division Controller

Position Overview

Flight Options is currently seeking a Division Controller to join our Finance team. The Controller is a multi-faceted role designed to provide a diverse experience in Accounting and Finance, and gain a strong understanding of the Company. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and President and will be directly responsible for the day-to-day managing of the Accounts Payable, Billing and Collection Departments. The Controller will also interface with Company executives on a variety of issues including cash management, cost analysis, financial instruments and contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management of cash, general accounting, billing, credit and collections, accounts payable and internal controls
  • Further development and enhancement of the daily cash management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, including the management of the Company’s working capital facility
  • Direct the billing/credit and collections processes
  • Direct the accounts payable process
  • Control point for internal accounting policies, including development and implementation of the Internal Control program
  • Assist in the management of the external financial statement audit process
  • Maintain financial management reporting and compliance programs
  • Coordinate payroll accounting process with Human Resources

Education & Experience

  • CPA and a BS/BA degree with an emphasis in Accounting

Scheduler

Position Overview

The Scheduler will be responsible for the overall efficiency and utilization of our crew members and aircraft to maintain a successful operation. This role will partner with the Aircrew Training and Flight Departments to ensure crew members sustain their currency in the aircraft they are type rated in. The position will also work closely with all departments in the OCC.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assign crew members to aircraft to maximize trip coverage.
  • Request travel through the internal CTC, as we arrange for all flight crew members positioning to an aircraft, traveling home from aircraft, and all transitions between aircraft while on duty.
  • Assign duty times for all pilots assigned.
  • Assesses demand for upcoming day and provides recommendations for crew duty times based on geographic factors, cabin type, and departure time demand.
  • Ensure that all crew member duty times are scheduled in accordance with FAR 135 and Flight Options SOP's.
  • Coordinate with Program Management on travel for training check rides and providing a training aircraft within the fleet demand constraints.
  • Work closely with the Scheduling Flight Coordinator on assigning trips and building reposition (repo) legs for current day and future trips.
  • Communicate changes to the appropriate departments within the Operation Control Center.
  • Escalate flight concerns to the Flight Department Managers when necessary – Assist the scheduling Flight Coordinator when necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school; 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of FARs in regard to Part 91, 121, or 135 airline operations is preferred.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs.

Flight Options is currently looking for an experienced SEO/SEM Specialist. The SEO/SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing all online advertising and SEO. The successful candidate will have a strong history and experience with SEO services and the ability to execute as the lead technician for an array of projects. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all online advertising/pay per click and SEO campaigns including processes, requirements, tactics and execution
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing:
    • To ensure page optimization of meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, semantic relevance, etc.
    • Assist with content and development strategies
  • Provide evaluations of link building strategies and execution of social media channels for the benefits of natural search optimization
  • Site and traffic reporting, analytics, key performance indicators, and metrics for trending and evaluation
  • May also be responsible for other technical functions in support of our Flight Options online marketing efforts:
    • Enhance lead generation, capture, and reporting systems
