Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT)
Position Overview Flight Options is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our maintenance facilities in: Cleveland, Ohio; Teterboro, New Jersey; Las Vegas, Nevada and West Palm Beach, Florida. The AMT will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of our aircraft and be an advocate for our commitment to service and safety.
Responsibilities Perform all airframe, power plant repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements; Removal and disassembly of defective parts; Assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing of aircraft systems; Operate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments.
Complete all required maintenance records in an accurate manner; Must support all company policies and safety programs to include OSHA and EPA regulations; Interpret technical manuals, drawings and blueprints; Perform other aircraft maintenance work and additional duties as assigned such as RII, Taxi and Run-up responsibilities.
Qualifications Successful candidate will have an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License along with 1-3 years of experience in an aviation maintenance environment. Hawker or Beechjet experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer experience in Microsoft Office is necessary. Should be familiar with and capable of using basic aircraft tooling to perform assigned tasks.
Must work well in a team environment, be self-motivated, safety conscious, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills both oral/written. Be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as schedule dictates.

Owner Services Representative (OSR)
Position Overview Flight Options is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join us as an Owner Services Representative in our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This position serves as the frontline to Flight Options Customers and plays an important part in the trip planning process. The Owner Service Representative works closely with several departments in the Operations Control Center to ensure an exemplary experience for our customers every time they fly.
Responsibilities Owner Service Representatives are responsible for fielding incoming calls involved with speaking to high-net worth Customers and their associates, Flight Options vendors and internal departments. Daily duties include scheduling and confirming flights, communication to owners regarding their scheduled trip and daily quality control of all flights. Ultimately this position is a personal assistant to all of our customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications Associates Degree or one year certificate from college or technical school preferred; 1-2 years experience in a travel/hospitality industry; previous customer service experience is required in this role. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft based software, including Word, Excel and Outlook along with the ability to learn Flight Options software quickly.
Candidate should be detail oriented and able to work with a diverse customer base effectively. Creative problem resolution skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral/written. Be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as schedule dictates.

Maintenance Controller
Position Overview
Flight Options is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Maintenance organization as a Maintenance Coordinator in our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Overall, this position is responsible for maintaining and promoting a safe and compliant work environment for internal and external customers working on assigned fleet.
Responsibilities
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance operational issues with the Operation Control Center (OCC) and Aircraft Operations; Administer and control use of Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL) to ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance; Evaluate reported aircraft discrepancies and develop appropriate recovery plan; Open work orders, track and record maintenance compliance; Establish return to service estimates for AOG aircraft;
Additionally, this position will establish work order estimates and preliminary costs associated with 3rd party vendors; Monitor aircraft cycles and flying hours to ensure time-sensitive inspections, scheduled maintenance or MEL/CDL expiration times do not lapse; Review aircraft work packages to ensure they are in compliance with all applicable FARs and Flight Options General Maintenance Manual procedures; Identify and evaluate opportunities to perform maintenance when operational schedules permit; Coordinate administrative processes for aircraft ferry permit authorization; Determine and supply required manuals and tasks for aircraft repair to vendors; Keep up to date turnover information on aircraft in maintenance for respective fleet.
Qualifications
Five years directly related aviation experience (corporate aircraft experience preferred); One year or more maintenance control experience. FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P) required; Knowledge of Beechjet, Hawker, Legacy or Citation fleets; Ability to multi-task within a team environment; Must have a general working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s); Computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs. Experience with planning aircraft maintenance is a plus. Basic knowledge of business processes required along with strong communication skills.

Maintenance Planning Analyst
Position Overview
Flight Options is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Maintenance organization as a Maintenance Planning Analyst at our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This position plans and develops comprehensive maintenance schedules for assigned aircraft types. Responsibilities
The Maintenance Planning Analyst will coordinate with Flight Options personnel on all engine, refurbishment and modification requirements; work to maximize aircraft availability and minimize aircraft downtime; Notify Supply Chain personnel of upcoming part requirements; Coordinate flat rate tracking and reporting procedures with administrative personnel; Cognizant of changing airframe maintenance and inspection requirements and adjusting maintenance schedules accordingly.
Perform continued analysis and scheduling of AD’s and SB’s as applicable to specific fleet types; Maintains the maintenance tracking template for a specific fleet type and keep all requirements current; Coordinates with the QA department on revisions to the inspection manual for a specific fleet types. Provide assistance to team members during absences and peak workload periods as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
