Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT)
Position Overview
Flight Options is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our maintenance facilities in: Cleveland, Ohio; Teterboro, New Jersey; Las Vegas, Nevada and West Palm Beach, Florida. The AMT will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of our aircraft and be an advocate for our commitment to service and safety.
Responsibilities
Perform all airframe, power plant repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements; Removal and disassembly of defective parts; Assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing of aircraft systems; Operate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments.
Complete all required maintenance records in an accurate manner; Must support all company policies and safety programs to include OSHA and EPA regulations; Interpret technical manuals, drawings and blueprints; Perform other aircraft maintenance work and additional duties as assigned such as RII, Taxi and Run-up responsibilities.
Qualifications
Successful candidate will have an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License along with 1-3 years of experience in an aviation maintenance environment. Hawker or Beechjet experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer experience in Microsoft Office is necessary. Should be familiar with and capable of using basic aircraft tooling to perform assigned tasks.
Must work well in a team environment, be self-motivated, safety conscious, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills both oral/written. Be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as schedule dictates.

Avionics Technician
Position Overview
Flight Options is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Maintenance Organization as an Avionics Technician at our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This position will be responsible for performing functional tests, removing, installing and troubleshooting the avionics systems and components of our aircraft.
Responsibilities
The Avionics Technician will be responsible for performing quality avionics work on our fleet of aircraft; have the ability to perform in-depth diagnostics on aircraft avionics components and systems; ensure all work completed on aircraft complies with all technical publications and FAA regulations; assure accuracy and completion of all work as assigned; Ability to read schematic and wiring diagrams; present a clean and neat work area; demonstrate professionalism and deliver satisfaction to the internal/external customer.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
3-5 years directly related experience; experience in corporate aviation is preferred but not necessary. Aircraft and Powerplant (A&P) License is required and a previously held Repairman Certificate is a plus: basic knowledge of General Aviation Maintenance practices; knowledge and understanding of FAA parts 91, 135 and 145 regulations; intermediate computer skills required; must be detail-oriented and well organized; demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and positive attitude.
Successful candidate must perform well in a team environment as well as individually; work well in a fast paced environment that has must meet time sensitive deadlines. Flight Options is a 24/7/365 operation and candidate must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

General Manager- Maintenance
Position Overview
Flight Options is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Maintenance organization as a General Manager of our CGF Facility. This position is located at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. This position will be responsible for the overall leading and directing of all aspects of the maintenance facility. The GM will ensure the facility is maintaining industry leading standards in aircraft maintenance and providing world-class service to all of our constituents. This position will work closely with other department leaders and sister companies while reporting directly to the Vice President of Maintenance.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and communicate a sound business plan that meets organizational goals and objectives. Responsible for ensuring company expectations are met in the areas of safety, facility budget and a variety of performance metrics.
The GM will plan, direct and coordinate various aspects of the maintenance facility and ensure that the operation is productive and efficient. This role will be required to make decisions about departmental activities and how they impact organizaional effectiveness, including but not limited to: quality, staffing, planning and prioritizing.
Additionally, the GM will be responsible for the training and development of employees and mentoring to ensure bench strength amongst the team. Will effectively communicate with employees and give clear and consistent directives. Provide feedback as appropriate and create a positive work environment. This role requires a focus on the details and delivering a high quality result with no room for errors
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly responsible for 2-4 Lead Mechanics and indirectly responsible for 30-40 Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMT’s).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field along with ten (10) years of experience within a Maintenance organization or a combination of education and experience. Corporate aviation experience is preferred as well as knowledge of the fractional industry. 3-5 years of management experience that included direct supervision of personnel and logistics management.
Successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral and have the ability to present in front of groups and executives; Strong interpersonal skills are essential with the ability to work well in a team environment; Proficient in Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word and Excel; Possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
Must be able to delegate and follow up appropriately.

Owner Services Representative
Position Overview
Flight Options is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Operations Organization as an Owner Services Representative (OSR) at our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This position serves as the frontline to Flight Options Owners and Members and plays an integral part in the trip planning process.
The Owner Service Representative works closely with several departments in the Operations Control Center and reports directly to the Owner Services Manager.
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for handling a high volume of telephone calls from a diverse group of high-profile clients; Scheduling trips and entering information in our CAMP system; Communicating to clients any changes and/or potential disservice concerns. The OSR will be required to demonstrate knowledge of Flight Option’s products and programs and have the ability to interpret contract information as it pertains to the specific customer.
Additionally, this position will provide daily quality control of all trip details and provide world-class service with every interaction with all of our constituents.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high end service industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environment. Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
