Flight Options Announces an Extended Service Area

Flight Options offers access to a service area that includes Bermuda, Mexico and the Caribbean

CLEVELAND (May 5, 2005) - Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of fractional shares in business aircraft and an affiliate of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), announced today that the company now offers the ability to access an Extended Service Area, which includes Bermuda and the Caribbean.

“Through feedback from our owners, we learned that a need to expand our service area was desired by many,” said Cameron Gowans, chief marketing officer, Flight Options, LLC. “We are committed to providing our owners with programs that will make their travel with us as easy as possible and meet their needs.  We believe that the introduction of an Extended Service Area further demonstrates our commitment to offering the deepest breadth of options in the industry.”

The Extended Service Area will include all of Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda. This expanded flight area will be offered to all new owners on an annual basis.  Additionally, if current Flight Options owners would like to take advantage of this program, they may do so by paying an annual access fee.  Flight Options will offer this program to current owners and members through June 30, 2005.
