Flight Options Receives Highest Level Certificate of Excellence from FAA

CLEVELAND (March 28, 2007) – Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of fractional shares in business aircraft and a Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), announced today that the Federal Aviation Administration has awarded the company the Diamond Certificate of Excellence for 2006.

The FAA awards companies on five different levels or phases based on approved Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) participation percentages.  AMTs can receive similar awards based on individual hours of training.  Eligibility for the Diamond Certificate of Excellence states that employers must have 50 percent AMT participation.
